Nika Belianina’s directorial debut takes as its subject Electric Eclectics, a festival of experimental music and sound art in Ontario. A kaleidoscope of characters and musical vignettes infused with comedy and music, the film captures the spirit, creation and enjoyment of art, be it a spontaneous collaboration or a carefully constructed audio performance.
